ServerPronto.com

I started off with them about 4 years ago when I wanted to setup a cheap nameserver for an RBL separate from my production nameservers.

You don't have access to phone support with these guys, they are a division of Infolink.com and I think only InfoLink has phone support, all the serverpronto customers have to use the web interface for support (modernbill) which got dicey once when it was down too.

These guys make mistakes, at least a couple times a year one or two of the IP addresses on my box go dark, I email them, they say something about "arp cache" and it's fixed. In the beginning they had a bad habit of accidently powering down/rebooting my box, hasn't happened in awhile. But they're generally pretty good about taking ownership over problems and they'll fix things.

The other thing you should know is that their address space was (or is) listed in the SPEWS database, so sending outbound mail from a server there is iffy. They provide an outbound relay which is supposedly clean but I don't rely on it.

All in all it's a dedicated linux box for $29 or so bucks a month so keep your expectations in line with that.
